Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the speed you choose.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days

  • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and they start once your parcel is collected — not the moment you order. Weather, carrier backlogs, and the December rush can all add days. *Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico usually take a few days longer than the ranges above.

Free Shipping

We offer free Economy Shipping on orders over $50. 

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after you receive it. That's normal — it usually means the label is printed and the parcel is waiting for pickup.

If you don't see a shipping email within 3 business days, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We don't ship internationally yet. 

  • If you're outside the US and want something specific, email us — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

A Note on Blind Boxes

Blind boxes are sealed and random by design — which figure you get is part of the fun, and we can't influence or choose it. Because of that we can't accept returns or exchanges on the basis of which figure you pulled.

Everything we ship is authentic and sealed exactly as it left the official brand.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required and shown before you pay. Because we're based in Glendale, California, orders shipping within California include California state and local sales tax.

There are no customs charges, duties, or import fees on US orders.
